Art Sawa invites you to try something different.
Public art is a form of art which can be in any media that has been planned and executed with the specific intention of being sited or staged in the physical public domain, usually outside and accessible to all.
By using found objects, scraps of styrofoam and wire participants will be given the opportunity to paint, collage and sculpt different objects and work together in order to create a final public art piece – The Tree of Life.
A skeleton of a tree will be created by wire and participants will be asked place their creations on and around the tree. The tree will then be exhibited outside the gallery.
