    This course concentrates on the importance of the voice as a tool that can bring us back to our awareness and presence through our daily communications. Connecting our voice and breathing to our organic body as a whole instrument and using it in our daily life. Shedding the fear away and other limiting emotions that can withhold us from fully unfolding. Freeing the voice to speak easily from a place of truth and confidence and therefore, finding alignment within and sharing it with trust. This course is addressed to singers, actors, public speakers, corporate individuals or groups, or any individual interested with the adventure of finding their voice. 
    Objectives:
    ·Introduction of the basic elements about the voice (definition, concept, history).
    ·Developing inner ear: breathing and habits, and recognizing different levels of energy.
    ·Voicing exercises, singing, experimenting voice, speaking and developing coordination between movement breathing and voice.
    Exercises:
    · Breathing exercises (Feldenkrais method, lying on the floor, sitting on a chair and standing)
    · Singing on vowels. Using the voice as a traveler in the body. Making different sounds. Using visualization to free the voice.
    · Working with gestures. On a text (a play) or a song
     
    Noura Sadaka Lebanese born Vocalist and Artist, Noura has been expressing her passion for music on stage since 1997 where she began her career in Paris, France. Over the years, she was also teaching at the conservatoire of music, as well as training professional singers in “Voice and Body on stage” in private sessions and workshops. She herself trained at “Studio des Variétés” and  “Harmoniques”, two of the best training programs for professional singers in Paris. Since she came to Dubai, Noura developed her program on “Voice and Body on stage “ for media presenters, public speakers, corporate individuals or groups, enhancing their abilities to communicate and better their performing skills. What matters most is the state of `presence` while performing, presenting or simply communicating. Knowing our Voice is an effective tool to naturally unfolding towards that state.
