This Yoga class based on gentle warm up, various postures do benefit the body using breath and relaxation. Suitable to all levels.
Binita Shah was introduced to yoga over 10 years ago during a demanding yet satisfying career, however she was not able to relax.
Attending regular classes made her slow down and observe the world from a different point of view.
Now with many years of teaching experience behind her she feel blessed to be on the yogic journey. When she walks into a class my mission is to give those students a space where they feel loved, protected and nurtured.
It is their time to discover body, breath and spirit for a happier life.
